This neighborhood needed some branding and visibility to help sell itself in a very tough Atlanta real estate market. By keeping the branding simple and direct, I think they convey a sense of upper middle class luxury in this competitive market. The site needed to be clean and modern, and the mirror the branding. The Product has launched, and at last word, they are seeing more interest in what they have to provide.
